3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 10-15 business days. Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated delivery details once your order is processed.

4. Shipping Methods

  • We work with trusted local and international shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your furniture.
  • Peninsular Malaysia: Standard delivery is usually completed within 10-15 business days from the date of order processing. 
  • International Shipping & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery times for international orders may vary. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe once your order is processed.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, size, weight, and type of furniture purchased.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on selected items or for orders above a certain value. The promotion will be indicated at checkout if applicable.
  • Additional Fees: For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery charges may apply. These will be communicated before finalizing your order.

6. Delivery and Packaging

  • Packaging: All items will be carefully packed to ensure protection during transit. Larger items may require flat-pack or semi-assembled packaging.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your order in real-time.
  • Delivery Schedule: Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items.
  • Assembly: Some furniture items may require assembly. We can offer assembly services for an additional fee, depending on the item and location.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damage During Transit: We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if any items are damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the product.
  • Missing Items: If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Claims: We will investigate any claims of damaged or missing items and arrange for a replacement or refund, as per our return and warranty policies.
